CALLY. ‘Cally’ is the affectionate nickname Reginald Langdon Buller gave to his Calliope vineyard in Rutherglen, a renowned and historic wine region in North Eastern Victoria.
Keeping in the tradition of Rutherglen reds, fruit for the Cally was sourced from the family vineyard situated just outside of Rutherglen.
The wine was traditionally fermented and a period of extended maceration was undertaken to ensure optimum colour and structure was developed. This compliments and balances the abundant fruit weight creating a wine to be enjoyed with a hearty meal or simply on its own.
