CELLARING RECOMMENDATIONS

Whilst not requiring long term cellaring, this wine will go on to improve for a number of years.

This Shiraz is deep crimson and full bodied, with concentrated plummy fruit flavours balanced by well integrated oak and soft tannins

These flavours call for red meat dishes such as grilled steak or oven roasted rare beef.
